It allows ideally elastic, robust and highly stable quality for the blanket compressible layer; tough and consistent quality through production batches improves the productivity of printers to reduce down-time, to save paper wastage and to enable longer work time of blankets on press.

ThermaSphere also contributes to environmental conservations in the sharp reduction of organic solvent consumption and CO2 emission throughout the blanket manufacturing.

It has been evolving to make the second generation "ThermaSphere Technology SG" products such as 'S7400N' which lessens smashing and paper edge marking for far longer life of blankets.
