When it is not settled even if the User and KINYO discuss it by a foregoing paragraph, the User and KINYO assume Tokyo District Court an exclusive jurisdiction court of the first trial.

This Terms of Use shall be governed by, and construed, and interpreted under the laws of Japan.
Article 8 (act of Users)

KINYO offers this service to Users via the Internet.
