Our countermeasures for preventing infection with COVID-19

April 8, 2020

Dear our valued customers,

Kinyosha Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: 6F, Art Village Osaki Central Tower, 2-2, Osaki-1-chome, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo 141-0032 JAPAN, President, Keiji Nakata) informs you of our countermeasures for preventing infection with COVID-19 as follows.

Basic policy

We will prevent infection of COVID-19 and strive to ensure business continuity while prioritizing and ensuring the safety of our customers, related parties, and employees.

Business status

  1. Implementation of telecommuting and staggered commutes

We made telecommuting and staggered commutes possible in the areas where declarations of emergency had been issued.

  1. Avoiding crowded places with poor ventilation

Basically, we prohibit our employees from both overseas and domestic business trips and order them to avoid non-urgent outings and going to crowded places with poor ventilation. We also ordered them to keep social distance as much as possible. Instead of business meetings, we will respond to your requests by web conferences, emails, and phone calls as much as possible.

  1. Health management

We ordered our employees to wash their hands, gargle, use alcohol disinfection, and wear masks during commuting and working. We also ordered them to take their temperature every morning before they go to work. If they have a fever or feel sick, they should notify the office of their situation and contact a medical provider.

Production status

In every factory, there aren't any serious influences on our production status including purchasing raw materials.

In addition, there may be inconveniences such as delays in handling phone calls and faxes due to telecommuting, etc. If you're in a hurry, please send an email to your person in charge. Also, we can't accept any visitors who have a fever, do not wear masks, and have visited or stayed abroad in the last two weeks. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Sincerely yours,
